Now comes the tricky part--getting around those many undercurrents that constitue those polite wars our culture engages in constantly--
the class war
and the race war
officially, there ain't no such animal anymore. But poor people and minority race people everywhere, know better.
As the GOP's conscience seems to have kicked in, it could be that conscience could become the guardian angel of poor people here in the US. Some Sites suggest a daunting threat from the ultra-rich, a hidden and underground "third reich of the rich" that are busily trying to destroy the US or at least profit from the suffering of others.
In reality, these are usually business execs who double as share-holders in still other corporations, and who all hold a similar philosophy--that making themselves rich is ok, no matter who they have to hurt. And that no one is entitled to a dime of their 'hard earned" money.
In that world, too, blue-collar workers aren't even a consideration.
So, let me know what you think. Log in on the tiny box above, and jot me a line!
Best,.

Well, after much searching, the blogsite for the George Bush-Undercurrents Website is back in "business".
You are welcome to come here and post your thoughts and responses re: the content of various chapters, articles and references in the Undercurrents Websites at ATT and Aristotle.
My sites endeavor to be non-political and non-ideological. Invariably, because I am writing a huge quantity of material and have engaged in a massive amount of research, and now have little time for either writing or research, my web edits have been slow in coming. Qualifiers are needed in several chapters and articles, and there is too much repetition in some chapters, especially in "George Bush and Me".
I also have space limitations for the Index page, though not for separate file pages, at the AT and T Site. The Aristotle Site is maxed out on space on all fronts.
And in recent years, I've tended to stay maxed out on time. So the Sites have suffered.
However, I'm excited to again be able to feature a blog you can link to and revisit from my Undercurrents Websites.
Best,
Max s.
